01/ General

We respect your privacy when using the qspot website and your rights regarding the protection and control of your personal data. Therefore, the purpose of this charter is to inform you fully and transparently about the nature of the personal data we collect and how we use this data.

02/ The data we collect

No personal data is automatically collected by the site itself. The only data we process is the data you voluntarily provide to us, for example by choosing a language, filling out a contact form or request on the site, communicating with us via email, etc. In this context, the personal data we may collect and process according to your use of the site are the following:

Other data collected automatically is only collected by statistical tools, such as Google Analytics, and only concerns the date, time, your TCP/IP address, the brand and latest version of your browser, the web pages, but otherwise remains completely anonymous. We may also need to process data about you coming from third parties, such as various portal sites or other media (Immoweb, Vlan, Logicimmo, etc.). These are only communicated to us after a request via the forms available on the respective web and portal sites. We may also receive information about you from partners with whom we offer joint services or carry out joint marketing actions. 06/ Transfer of data to third parties

08/ Your rights

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right at any time to access, correct, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and the right to data portability and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. You can withdraw your consent for any use you previously allowed at any time. 09/ Renewal

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of use of the site to take into account legal, jurisprudential, or technical developments. The latest version will always take precedence over the previous one.
