The qspot.be site you are using (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) is published by Qspot and is subject to the control of the Professional Institute of Real Estate Agents, Luxemburgstraat 16b, 1000 Brussels (www.biv.be). It is registered as a real estate agent in Belgium under BIV number 503.202 – 509.522 and is subject to the BIV code of ethics.

02/ Acceptance of the terms of use

By voluntarily visiting this site, it is assumed that the user unreservedly agrees to the site's Terms of Use (CGU), which they acknowledge to have read and understood.
If you do not accept the Terms of Service, you cannot use the site and are asked to disconnect immediately.

03/ Processing of requests and/or information

By providing your data to Qspot via the forms on this site, by email, or in any other way, you guarantee that you are using your own identity. We reserve the right to make the processing of requests or information subject to, suspend, or refuse in the following cases:
  • incomplete or incorrect information;
  • Providing clearly incorrect or even fictitious data;

Any infringement of such intellectual rights may give rise to civil and criminal prosecution. Any full or partial reproduction of our site is strictly prohibited.

06/ Processing of personal data

We respect your privacy when using the site and your rights regarding the protection and control of personal data. The data you provide on the site is registered and processed in strict accordance with our privacy policy, which is available here.
Our website is not intended to collect personal data from visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian or are required to do so to comply with our legal obligations.
We cannot verify whether a visitor to our site is 16 years old. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent personal data from being collected from their children without their consent.

09/ Disputes and applicable law

The parties agree that any disagreement or dispute relating to these terms of use or arising from their interpretation or application will be subject to prior mediation. To this end, the parties undertake to participate in at least one mediation meeting, which will be delegated to a person with decision-making authority. The mediator is chosen by the parties. In the absence of an amicable settlement, all disputes relating to the execution or interpretation of these terms will be subject to Belgian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Qspot.

10/ Updating

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of use of the site to take into account legal, jurisprudential, or technical developments. The latest version will always take precedence over the previous one.
